Our skin responds differently in every season depending on the climatic conditions. When winter arrives, it makes the skin dry, flaky, dull, and rough. It not only affects your facial skin but also your hands and legs look less radiant and dull. Always carry a moisturizer with you and re-apply whenever it is required. Choose extra hydrating moisturizers for very soft skin.

2. Check the skin status

3. Do not forget SPF

A lot of people argue that they consume gallons of water on a regular basis but still, their skin is super dry and unhealthy. It is very important to understand that consuming water can have zero impact on the skin but it is very beneficial for the inner being of the body.

 

6. Avoid super hot baths

It is very obvious that it’s close to impossible to bathe in cold water during winter, but bathing in hot water can cause extreme dryness. In addition, it can break down the lipid barriers in the skin which leads to a lack of hydration and moisture.

A lukewarm bath is suggested so that your skin won’t itch after the bath. You can add a pinch of baking soda to your shower gel for better cleaning of the skin. Use this remedy once or twice a week.

7. Do night regime

It is significantly proven that moisturizing your lips on a regular basis helps 90% of lips problems. Apply a good lip balm every 7-8 hours for the proper hydration of the lips.
